All of our pieces are inspired by real-life inspiration and stories, so each box comes packed with meaning! You’ll build a vibrant, meaningful, and diverse jewelry collection, enjoy the convenience of being a member, and save money while you’re at it.

Three pieces of high-quality jewelry (with a lifetime warranty!) delivered in our signature packaging alongside an explanation of the real-life inspiration behind that month’s set.

Depending on the plans you add on to your regular monthly jewelry membership, you may also receive a monthly pair of bonus earrings (for $3.99/mo.), a bonus ring (for $3.99/mo.), or a super-soft graphic t-shirt in line with that month’s jewelry inspiration (for $9.99/mo.)!

We are the only jewelry membership who custom makes their sets based on real-life inspiration, exclusively for their members. Each set includes a postcard that explains the inspiration and story behind the set. This is one of our members’ favorite things about us. Our pieces come with meaning and significance, something that can’t be purchased at a department store or most other places jewelry is sold, and can’t be purchased anywhere at our affordable price-point.

Each month we announce one of the three pieces coming in that month’s set; the other two are a surprise — it’s part of the fun!

Your first shipment includes a complimentary jewelry cleaning cloth. To keep your pieces shining for the years they are intended to, please wipe down your pieces after wear. Please keep your pieces dry and don’t store them where they may often rub against other objects. Following these tips will help keep your pieces in tip-top shape!

If ANYTHING, ever goes wrong with our pieces, we will replace them. Our pieces are designed to last for years with the proper care. We don’t short on quality, and as a result, we feel confident enough in our pieces to offer this lifetime warranty on our pieces – something you won’t find elsewhere.

Our founder created this business with the goal of brightening as many days as possible, not making as much money as possible. She wanted to make the jewelry high-quality, but easily accessible to women and moms worldwide, as a way for them to treat themselves without the “selfish guilt” that can sometimes go along with large purchases.

Subscription and Renewals

You can change subscription preferences (tone and earring preferences), renewal dates, add-on subscriptions, payment details, and shipping information related to your subscription at any time through your customer portal by logging into our website and clicking "Manage Subscription".

Your first box will ship within 48 hours of your order being placed!

From then on, your monthly box will ship either on the:

15th of each month (if your renewal date lands between the 27th – 12th)

Or

30th of the month (if your renewal date lands between the 13th – 26th)

You can modify your renewal date any time through your customer portal and your shipping date will automatically be adjusted to match the renewal window listed above. To access your customer portal, log in to our website and click "Manage Subscription".

Good question! If you commit to a longer length subscription, you get the best deal! Preparing ahead of time allows us to make plans for the months ahead and to put together future sets at a great price.

mintMONGOOSE is a subscription service that automatically renews at the end of each cycle. The first renewal takes place 14 days after the initial subscription is purchased, then once a month from then on. We do this to ensure that none of our members miss a single jewelry set once they become a subscriber.

If you want to cancel your subscription, please email us at hello@mintmongoose.com, we are happy to help. If you signed up for a multi-month subscription to unlock a lower price at the start of your subscription, you will still be charged for the remaining boxes if you cancel before the end of your commitment term, and your cancellation will be effective after your commitment term has completed.

Your first renewal will take place 14 days after your initial purchase to ensure you receive the upcoming jewelry set. Renewals will continue on the date of the month that your first renewal takes place. You can change your renewal date at any time through your customer portal which can be accessed by logging into our website then clicking "Manage Subscription".

If your renewal takes place between the 27th – 12th, your box will ship on the 15th of the month, if your renewal date lands between the 13th – 26th, your box will ship on the 30th of the month.

Your membership will renew either monthly, or by the term (depending on the billing schedule you selected when you originally purchased) for another 3, 6, or 12-month term.

You can cancel any time, for any reason. Please note if you signed up for a commitment term during signup to lower the monthly cost of our jewelry sets, your cancellation will be effective after your initial commitment term has been completed. To cancel please email hello@mintmongoose.com.

Absolutely. You can modify your add-on subscriptions at any time through your customer portal by logging into our website and clicking "Manage Subscription". This includes changing an upcoming renewal date, modifying the preferences associated with the add-on subscription (ex. jewelry tone or shirt size), or cancelling them entirely.

You can also switch between the earring, ring, and super-soft t-shirt subscription any time you’d like via your customer portal.

Please note that, in the interest of our customer's safety due to the current COVID pandemic, no exchanged t-shirts will be resent out to different customers. We only send out brand new, never worn before t-shirts.

Please change your sizes by the 5th (if your box ships on the 15th of the month), or the 20th (if your box ships on the 30th of the month) to ensure we are able to get the correct size out to you in your next shipment!

We offer free shipping to any address within the US. International shipping is $10 per package.

Please make any updates to your address by the 5th (if your box ships on the 15th of the month), or the 20th (if your box ships on the 30th of the month) to ensure we are sending your items to the correct place.

If you are unsure of your new address, we recommend either putting a friend or family member’s address into the system (where your jewelry can be safely delivered for you), reaching out to us to request a one-time custom ship date at a time when you will have your new address, or skipping your upcoming renewal via the customer portal by logging into our website and clicking "Manage Subscriptions".

Note: If your renewal has already taken place but your box hasn't shipped yet, you won't be able to skip your upcoming shipment from your customer portal because your renewal has already happened. If this is the case, we can help! Shoot us an email at hello@mintmongoose.com, we are here for you.

If you will be out of town when your mintMONGOOSE jewelry is normally delivered, we recommend either skipping a month via your customer portal (if your renewal for that shipment has not yet taken place), or reaching out to us via email at hello@mintmongoose.com so we can coordinate a one-time custom shipping date or address for that shipment without it interrupting your regular deliveries.

Refunds / Returns

We aren’t able to process returns. However, if any jewelry pieces arrive to you damaged, we are eager to make it right and will quickly replace them.

We individually wrap our pieces to make gifting any piece that isn’t your style a breeze! If a piece arrives that isn’t a win for you style-wise, we encourage you to gift it to a friend, family member, or co-worker. Please take a scroll down our Instagram (www.instagram.com/mintmongoose) for a preview of some of our past sets, so you know the types of pieces we may send out.

Because of the nature of our service, we are not able to offer refunds on products that have been shipped.

We are also not able to process retroactive refunds for a renewal that has taken place prior to a cancellation taking place.

If you receive a piece that was damaged in shipping, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the piece via email at hello@mintmongoose.com and include a picture of the damaged piece. We will send you a replacement right away!

Great question! All of our sets are limited-edition, meaning there are only so many in existence. 14 days is a good window of time where the likelihood that we have an exact replacement is high, and we haven’t yet run out (because when they’re gone, they’re gone). We ask for this quick notice because we want to do our best to get you an exact replacement.
